Social Stamping – Sunshine

Welcome to another week of Social Stamping hosted by the lovely Kelly Kent.  I hope that things are starting to get a bit back to some sort of normality.  Here in South Australia we’ve had some of the restrictions relaxed a little and it’s great to have the kids back at school.

This week’s theme is Sunshine.  Sunshine, sunrise, sunset.  They all count, don’t they?  I hope so as my creation this week is probably more of a sunset scene.

I started with a Basic Black card base and then took a Whisper White mat and started sponging with So Saffron ink to add some light colour to the bottom of the piece before adding a circle mask and then continuing with the sponging also using Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody, Pumpkin Pie & Cajun Craze.

The chair and branch were cut out using the Seasonal Layers Dies.  I decided to leave it with no sentiment.

I can’t wait to see all of the other “Sunshine” projects this week.  Hopefully it warms you up a little as it’s starting to get a little chilly here in the Adelaide Hills.

Next up is Sharon with her Sunshine creation.

Keep hopping around the very talented demonstrator blogs sharing some “sunshine” and if you get lost at any point, you can click on the image below to go to the main post and full list of participants.

Until next time, happy stamping
