CTC452 – It’s SAB time!

I can’t believe how quickly this year is already going. Two weeks down already! Only 2 more weeks and the kids will be back at school. As they are still on school holidays and I’m also working full time, I went with a quick card this week so that I could still join in the challenge. As mentioned last week, Sale-a-bration is currently on until the end of February, so this week we are CASEing the Sale-a-bration catalogue. It’s always great to get some freebies, for every $90AUD you spend.

One of the great things about some of the freebies this year is that they coordinate nicely with some of the other products in our regular catalogues. I decided to case the Trusty Toolbox DSP card that you can see in the image below, top right. So, you can buy the Trusty Tools bundle from the January – April 2024 Mini Catalogue for $96.25 and you get the DSP to match for free. What is better than that?

I started with a Lost Lagoon card base and added a layer of the DSP for a mat. I fussy cut out the 3 tools from the DSP and the other side of the same DSP had the checked pattern on it so I flipped over a strip, ripped the edges and then stamped the Father’s Day sentiment, from the He’s All That stamp set onto it in Poppy Parade. I layered the tools with some Dimensionals™ and the card was done. How simple was that? I didn’t even use the Trusty Tools bundle, but it would give you so many options if you did pair it with the DSP.
