CTC291 – Case pages 71-75

Welcome to another week of CASEing the Catty. We’ve had a pretty busy week this week as my son was sick last weekend, then had his birthday and the book week parade at school this week. We then had a few people over today to help celebrate his birthday. Oh and I made 46 cupcakes for him to take to school on his birthday and another birthday cake for today. Luckily I had already made my cards for this week’s challenge and just had to write my blog as I haven’t had much spare time this week when you add that to working full time.

Whether you’ve hopped on over from Rebecca’s blog or are starting here, welcome and make sure you hop the whole way around to see all of the design team’s projects for this week.

This week we are CASEing the projects on pages 71 – 75 of the August to December 2020 Mini Catalogue. I used the Menagerie Mix up card which is the bottom right card in the image above as my inspiration. I just love this stamp set and every creature I’ve created so far is just so cute. This time I decided to make a Christmas card or two using this set.

I stamped the various elements from the Menagerie Mix-up stamp set that I needed to create a reindeer & a koala (with some accessories, of course). I used my Blends™ to colour them in and then cut them out using the coordinating Menagerie Dies. The sentiment comes from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set.

I decided to make two very similar cards but used a different DSP, both from the Heartwarming Hugs DSP pack. This sentiment also comes from the Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set.

Next up on the hop this week is Julia with her lovely thank you card.

We would love to see what you come up with using the projects from pages 71-75 of the Mini Catalogue. Please share your creations on our Facebook page which you can find by clicking on the image below.

Until next time, happy stamping
