Social Stamping Thank You

Hello and welcome to another version of Social Stamping.  It’s important to keep having interaction with each other at these times even though we can’t do it in person.  This time we are sharing projects with a Thank You theme.  I decided to use a technique that I don’t normally use, so let me know what you think.

I have used Terracotta Tile for the card base and sentiment, which comes from the So Sentimental stamp set and then cut out using the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

For the main background I started with some watercolour paper and stamped the images from the Parcels & Petals stamp set in Terracotta Tile, Garden Green and Mango Melody inks before spritzing the whole sheet with water to let the stamped images run a little.

Next up is Vicki Boucher.

Until next time, happy stamping

  1. that’s such a lovely soft effect for your background. Nice colour combo and just the right hint of green- I always seem to end up with one colour too dominant, yours is beautifully balanced.
