And here we are again, Sunday night with another CASEing the Catty design team blog hop and the start of this week’s challenge. Whether you have hopped on over from Monique’s great creation, or are starting here, welcome.
This week we are CASEing a card from the Annual Catalogue and making a 3D project. When I flipped through the catalogue, I decided to CASE the Happy New Year card that you can see in the image below.
After choosing to CASE this card, I thought it would be perfect for the Baker’s Box. This 3D item has absolutely no stamping at all on it. I used the Well Written Dies to cut the leaves out in Shaded Spruce and the flowers in Blushing Bride. The “thanks” was then cut out in Rococo Rose.
Before adhering these to the Baker’s Box, I cut a square of Whisper White card and then used the Layering Circles Dies to cut the window out and then adhered some Vellum behind it.
This box would be perfect as a thank you to anyone with a few home baked goodies inside.
Next up on the hop is the talented Shannon. I can’t wait to see what she has created this week, so make sure you hop on over too to check it out. Make sure you keep hopping around to see all of the design team’s creations.
Isn’t it fun to create 3D items?!? Whether it’s a box, gift bag or decor piece. We’d love to see your creations, so please share them on our Facebook page by clicking the image below.
Until next time, happy stamping
