I was asked to make a card for a male for their 60th birthday and the only information I was given was that they loved VB. I have to admit that I had to do a bit of a google search to get the exact details of what a VB can looked like as I decided to make the card look like a can.
Here is what I came up with…
I started with a Whisper White card base and cut the corners using my Envelope Punch Board to get the angles of the can. I then layered Call Me Clover, Gold Foil, Real Red and Whisper White for the corresponding layers and rounded the corners. I did use the retired Little Numbers Framelits to create the 60 and Back To Basics Alphabet stamp set to stamp “Victoria Bitter” onto the can.
I finished it all off with some strips of Silver Foil to create the top and bottom of the can.
