This week I’m joining in with a challenge from Aussies Who Love Stampin’ Up! This week’s challenge is all about colouring and you could choose any type of colouring.
I decided to use watercolour pencils on Crumb cake cardstock, so I stamped the present image from the Cake Soiree stamp set in Versamark and heat embossed this with White Embossing Powder. I then set to colouring the image and fussy cut it out.
The card base is Pool Party and then I cut a smaller mat in Pool Party which was embossed in the Tufted Embossing Folder. I cut a circle from Vellum using the Stitched Shapes Framelits to sit underneath the present. I finished off the card by stamping “Happy Birthday” from the Hand Delivered stamp set in Calypso Coral on Blushing Bride cardstock and then cut out using the die from the Stitched Labels Framelits.
